VizMetrics was founded in 2002 in response to a key need: helping clients improve performance and results through better reporting. Our founders recognized that there had to be a better, faster way to get the right information into the minds of decision-makers. From the beginning, we have focused on helping companies reach their potential with high-visibility tools to improve performance.

Mark Palmer, Managing Director Prior to VizMetrics, Mr. Palmer founded and held senior positions at companies focusing on software development and publishing. One of these companies was sold to Interliant, Inc., a leading web hosting firm, where he served as Director of Product Marketing. Mr. Palmer has also consulted for Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he developed client solutions in the areas of information technology, business intelligence, and strategy. This included the development of a corporate performance measurement system for YPF, Argentina's largest company. Prior to founding VizMetrics, he held positions within two technology firms, including Vice President-eCommerce, and Director-Software Development. Mr. Palmer received a B.A. in Economics from Rice University.
